Hoping and waiting was worth it! The so called “Lok-Zirkus”, industrial memorial on the GiP-area in Babelsberg near Wetzlarer Straße, will be remediated and converted into a commercial and office complex by a new investor. As the state capital Potsdam acquainted, PARANET Deutschland GmbH will settle down in Potsdam and thereby live up to the long production tradition of the building. Furthermore, the project takes up a central need of the Medienstadt Babelsberg for new office accommodation.
