    Mansions at the Filmpark instead of Filmstraße

    The legendary outside movie setting 'Berliner Straße' disappeared in the end of 2013. 'Villen am Filmpark' is the name of the new building project between Marlene-Dietrich-Allee and Stahnsdorfer Straße. More than 200 freehold and rented flats arise on the ca. 15.000 m² big areal. With this building project the northern media city develops from movie location to a modern media city.
