Studio Babelsberg aims at expanding further internationally and is going to collaborate with a major film company in China. It is planned to liaise closely with the Shanghai Film Group, the studio executives told in the frame of the Shanghai Film Festival. Among other things, the Chinese studios will be modernised and specialists will be trained.
