    STARTBÜRO Babelsberg kicks off with „Sehr gute Filme“

    An initiative for young filmmakers started in the beginning of 2015 in Babelsberg: Studio Babelsberg and Film University Babelsberg Konrad Wolf launched, supported by Medienboard, the STARTBÜRO Babelsberg. The initiative sponsors an office including the running charges to alumni of the Film University for a whole year. Studio Babelsberg provides the office rooms and Medienboard funds the plan with 12.000 Euro.

    The first company that makes use of the new office for young talents is "Sehr gute Filme", a production company by Axel Ranisch, Dennis Pauls, Anne Baeker and their partner Heiko Pinkowski. They just moved to the new office in house 8 from where they plan the realization of the cross media series "Eheberater" with six 20 minute long episodes.
